SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Superintendents are responsible for the success or failure of the project. Their involvement starts when a project is awarded to Megawatt. They are responsible for building out the details of the project schedule, establishing the logistics plan, scheduling subcontractors to start work, working with the safety department to develop the Site-Specific Safety Plan and mobilizing to the jobsite.
