Role Highlights: Equity Capital Markets (ECM): Advise on and execute IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and other listed equity transactions. REITs & InvITs (where applicable): Support structuring and execution of REIT and InvIT transactions, including regulatory compliance and filings.
