The Pastoral Team Staff (PTS) will handle a range of essential responsibilities across both core and outreach ministries of Oasis. These duties and responsibilities span across all age groups-including children, youth, young adults, older adults and seniors-as needed or as directed by the Head of Ministry (HOM).
