Transactional Risk Broker (M&A Lawyer) With more than two decades of M&A experience, Marsh advises on insurance services to buyers and sellers at all stages of an M&A transaction. When assessing the legal and financial risks and consequences of an M&A process, it is also key to prepare from an insurance perspective.
