The Friends of San Pedro Valley Park is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization (a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation) founded in 1983 that is funded 100% by membership dues, donations and sales proceeds. The Board of Directors oversees and manages the funding, scheduling, and strategy for the events and support activities provided for the benefit of park visitors by the volunteers and members of the Friends of San Pedro Valley Park organization.
