Key Responsibilities: Deliver operational support to Agency Trading desks. Handle trade allocations and confirmation processes for institutional clients across Asia ex-Japan equity markets. Accurately book transactions, investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, and respond to client queries within agreed service levels.
