POSITION SUMMARY Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests that comes through Westin Club. Monitor Club Lounge for seating availability, and render assistance to all guests. Ensure Club Lounge is adequately stocked during meal service periods. Provide food & beverage service to guests.
