Key Responsibilities:- 1. Provide support in all legal affairs of the company. 2. Draft and review contracts/agreements, notices, MOU etc. 3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 4. Assist in handling legal disputes. 5. Manage all litigation and non-litigation aspects of the company. 6.
