The Basics The Mill Operator is an entry-level role designed to introduce Team Members to the dynamic crush plant environment and learning to provide hands-on support to daily operations Location: Jordan Mills, MB Compensation: $24/hr and up, shift premium applies Days/Hours: We are hiring for the midnight to noon shift in a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off pattern.
