Coordinate and lead group retrofit projects: prioritisation, intervention planning, management of urgent situations, and decision‑making. Implementation and development of steering tools, standards and dashboards to monitor the activity and its performance. Direct management of the team of Project Managers dedicated to retrofit activities.
