Were looking for a nanny with a flexible schedule to help with our almost 3yr old daughter. Wed like someone that can balance childcare with household chores. Ideally we hire someone who loves to occasionally cook, bake and meal prep for the whole family to take the load off of us. As well as light cleaning and laundry.
