Role Responsibilities: Regional Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the regional subject matter expert for all Compensation initiatives across APAC. Partner with local HR teams and business leaders to localize and implement compensation and benefits programs that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
