Description SUMMARY The Technician IV - HVAC/Refrigeration (Critical Environment) has experience and holds a valid 313A. The Technician is responsible for operating facility systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, routine services on facility mechanical and other systems for the assigned facility within the limits of company policy and trade certification.
