Your job responsibilities includes development of products by studying competition. Analysis of competitors product and suggest added features in companies product to excel over competition. You should know advanced excel and must have fluency in written and spoken English. You should have minimum 5 years work experience with Banks, MF's and Insurance, Pharma or FMCG industry.
