Vacancy exists for a Laboratory Co-ordinator in the food manufacturing sector. This candidate will provide a technical service to Operations to ensure that Food Safety standards are met during the production stages. These checks in the lab are critical and requires the expertise of a microbiologist who has a BSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology, a min of 2 yrs in a supervisory role in a production facility.
