1. Maintain the time to time supervison over the site and working team. 2. Have extream level controle on the allocation of the tasks to the workers. 3. Must be able to handle day & night shift tasks and handle workers accordingly. 4. Have potential to deal with client side supervisors and their requirements. 5.
