The M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
