Role & responsibilities: Should have sound knowledge of N. I. Act (Sec.138). * Should have knowledge of the Arbitration Act and police complaints, against cases. * Attending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representation on behalf of the company and giving evidence. * Liaising with the Empaneled Advocates and getting timely feedback. Skills: Legal Compliance, Legal Documentation Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
