SUMMARY OF THE POSITION Person who designs, implements, updates, analyses and assesses activities in one or more social programs of the MSDC/CMC. The employee reports to the Coordinator in charge of MSDC program operations, is part of the local interdisciplinary teams of the MSDC/CMC and works in close partnership with the regional interdisciplinary teams of the Allied Health Professionals and regional HROs.
