Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu) Perform troubleshooting, service restarts, performance monitoring, and log analysis Manage core services: Windows: AD, DNS, GPO, WSUS Linux: systemd, cron, filesystem, package management (yum/apt) Handle incidents, problems, and service requests via ITSM tools Support AWS services: EC2, EBS, S3, Systems Manager (SSM), CloudWatch Perform instance provisioning, validation, start/sto…
