Oversee daily bunker operations and align vessel schedules to keep activities running smoothly. Engage with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements. Observe bunker loading and discharging activities to safeguard operational efficiency and compliance.
