1. OVERALL SUMMARY The Navigation Superintendent supports the Navigation Manager in maintaining, monitoring, and improving fleet-wide navigation standards. The role focuses on day-to-day oversight of navigationalpractices, compliance monitoring, incident follow-up, and performance trending, while working closely with Masters, Officers, Operations, NAVEXC, and Training teams to ensure safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant navigation across the fleet. 2.
