The Team The Mental Health Hospital in the Home (MHHITH) is a virtual ward of the Royal Hobart Hospital, providing acute care for patients at their residence as a substitute for in-hospital acute care. MHHITH is a 7 day a week service, available to adult consumers of Statewide Mental Health Service, and operates from 0700 to 2230.
