Duties & Responsibilities CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Manage (read, assess, respond, resolve) incoming emails from 4 addresses in Hubspot Shared Conversation Inbox (approx 170 emails per day) with response time targets. Create ticket for further processing (depending on POP; Order; Accounting Query).
