Job description
As an FOM, you will oversee the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, your main objective will be to uphold our high standards, ensure guest and employee satisfaction, and promptly address any issues. You will personalize guest experiences by understanding their needs and adding thoughtful touches to exceed their expectations, all while adhering to company policies.
