PURPOSE OF ROLE The Legal Advisor is required to provide proactive legal and administrative support to the in-house legal team, with particular emphasis on contract review, legal research, corporate governance support, and the preparation of documentation for tender submissions and commercial proposals, whilst maintaining and developing a culture of risk management within Lesedi.
