Description Main Duties: Preparation of boardrooms for meetings. Ensure boardrooms are clean and neat for scheduled meetings. Cleaning of boardrooms after meetings. Ensure that tea, coffee milk; refreshments; etc. are replenished and available/ ready in advance for scheduled meetings. Dusting work surfaces. Replacing empty supplies. Emptying the bins.
