Facilities Maintenance Service Technician - Distribution Center- intermediate level Job Summary The Facilities Representative is responsible for supporting all processing/packaging technologies as well as PIT equipment battery charging stations and battery maintenance. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this individual will be responsible for maintaining safety, quality, efficiency, equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Shift and Compensation: Shift Details: Friday - Monday (7am - 5:30pm) OT as required Compensation: $29.37-$36.71/hr + $2.00 Weekend Shift Differential Position Overview: As a Facilities Technicianat McKesson, you'll support our processing and packaging technologies while maintaining PIT equipment battery charging stations and performing battery maintenance. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining safety, quality, and equipment reliability across our operations. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while providing technical support to your shift team. You'll diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems using industrystandard tools and documentation. Your attention to detail and problemsolving skills will ensure optimal equipment performance and a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and maintenance manuals to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, identifying hazards and defects before they impact operations Maintain comprehensive equipment records and documentation for all tests, maintenance, modifications, and repairs Provide technical support to shift employees and coordinate maintenance activities with other departments What we need to see from you You can read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions with confidence You demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and can isolate faults in electrical and electronic control systems You possess proficient computer skills and experience with various software platforms You work independently with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively Career Level – IC – Operations Support – O2 #MckessonRPO We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
