Job description
Job Responsibilities: Develop,optimize and control electroplating processes (e.g. nickel, chrome, zinc, gold plating) Monitor plating bath chemistry, chemical dosing and solution parameters Conduct regular bath analysis and maintain proper chemical balance Troubleshoot plating defects such as poor adhesion, burning, pitting and uneven thickness Improve process efficiency, reduce chemical consumption and minimize waste Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations (NEA, PUB…
