Scope of Services -Tuia Ngā Taura Kaiāwhina The service supports whānau whose tamariki have been discharged from Waikato Hospital, or who have been referred from a Waikato outpatient clinic or Kāinga Ora and includes the following: Working alongside whānau to complete a whānau hauora assessment (WHA), conducted either during home visits or via phone to whānau.
