Key Responsibilities Handle escalated incidents and problems for Saviynt IGA platform. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Develop and maintain Saviynt workflows, access request forms, and provisioning policies. Customize connectors and integrations using Java, Groovy, REST APIs.
