Key Deliverables: Monitor cooking oil TPM, hygiene processes, pest control, and product temperature during transit. Analyze customer complaints using RCA/5 Why's, and implement CAPA with operations and culinary teams. Conduct random sampling of raw/packaging materials and verify label and spec compliance.
