Strong experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and JSM , able to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience with JSM configuration: automation, SLAs, request types, queues, knowledge integration. Familiarity with Advanced Roadmaps , including capacity and dependency management.
