Reporting to the Sales & Distribution Manager, the Customer Service Representative will join our Guildford Customer Service Centre on a Full‑Time basis. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality service to internal and external customers, identifying parts requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods, processing credits and core and warranty returns, and recognising potential sales opportunities using core system tools.
