KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain high service levels, coordinating service partners. Scheduling of New Calls and screening of completed service calls daily. Daily feedback for dealer query reports. Debriefing of service partners, agents and Staff techs. Release service calls from hold when parts are issued. Support techs to achieve the NPS, 2 Day rate , 10 day rate and First time fix rate.
