Job description
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop Schedule service and repair bookings for commercial vehicles Prepare accurate job cards and cost estimates Liaise with technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress and repairs Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Follow up on outstanding work and maintain service records Promote additional services and products where appropriate
