Strong people focus; acting as line manager to up to 30 direct reports to ensure their safety, welfare and training and development needs are met. Ensuring financial targets, quality output and programme targets of the team are met. Strong customer focus to develop and maintain customer relationships ensuring their needs are understood and met.
