Position Summary The Law Clerk supports the Legal Manager by handling the documentation, research, coordination, and process work that underpins the legal function. This role prepares and organizes legal materials, maintains records and systems, and keeps matters moving day to day — freeing the Legal Manager to focus on strategy, negotiation, and matters requiring a lawyer's judgment.
