Role Summary： The Regional Lead, SEA Incubation Esports owns Moonton's regional flagship tournament product MCT SEA, and leads the strategic direction, commercial development, and operational quality of MLBB's incubation league portfolio across Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
