Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required Previous Melting experience required Two years coreless induction furnace experience Charge/raw material calculations. Casting experience as a Ladle man is essential including rebuilding ladles A minimum of 5 years experience on the Melt deck Good communication skills Minimum Education & Experience required Grade 12 preferred At least 5 years experience in a similar role is essential Proficient in English
