Job description
- BBBEE position - Must have strong stock control knowledge (Pilot/Micros) - Must have excellent food hygiene knowledge - 5* boutique hotel or high-end restaurant experience essential - Must be able to do 200 covers and still maintain the highest quality and standards of cuisine - Brigade size of 26 chefs - Venue catering experience is an added bonus
