Position Description: The Fleet IT Executive will be the main point of contact for all Fleet IT operations, providing daily support for Fleet IT hardware, software, network and access issues. The role is responsible for managing IT incidents, including escalation when needed and ensuring all tickets are tracked and resolved on time in line with KPIs and service levels.
