Main Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to managers across our Canadian offices. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to each region and discipline. Lead the entire recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, and manager support. Develop proactive attraction strategies (sourcing, headhunting).
