The Recreation Programmer will ensure that all residents in the Long Term Care Programme have the opportunity to participate in recreational and social activities that meet their needs and interests. The residents will be assessed upon admission and their care plans reviewed on a quarterly basis or as required in order to most accurately identify their interests, level of involvement and preferences within the programme.
