Channel Manager – Cross Sell (Secured & Rural Products) will drive end-to-end execution and performance of cross-sell across physical distribution channels. This role will be responsible for maximizing disbursements, improving conversion, and driving productivity for secured lending (e.g., LAP, HL, Gold Loan, etc.) and rural-focused products through channels such as telecalling, branches, field sales, and inbound contact centers.
