Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design synthetic routes for novel agrochemical leads and intermediates. Execute multi-step organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and route scouting. Conduct structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies in collaboration with biology teams. Purify and characterize compounds using modern analytical techniques (NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, GC, IR).
