Candidate should have good knowledge of LIFO,FIFO, shelf Life of food product , Inventory Management, Chillers Temperature , Freezer Temperature , Team handling. Job Function:1. Stores set up. 2. Inventory Management.3. Filling of GRN's after inspecting goods as per approved products list.4. Processing of invoices to accounts for timely vendor payments.5. Weekly and Monthly stores inventory for Costs calculations.6. Daily/Weekly /Monthly ordering of goods for proper stock management.
