Verisure España is seeking a senior professional to lead retention and loyalty initiatives within the LatAm Customer Value Management team. You will define the retention strategy across the full customer lifecycle and identify churn drivers to drive sustainable growth. The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, a data-driven mindset and experience in recurring revenue models. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected, with Portuguese a plus.
