Kerry Consulting is assisting a regional manufacturing client in Singapore to hire a Junior Legal Counsel. You will partner with commercial teams to provide day-to-day legal support across a broad range of agreements including distributor, maintenance, service contracts and NDAs. You will advise on commercially focused legal risk, draft and negotiate contracts, and help build templates and training to streamline internal processes.
