Supervise and monitor refractory works including lining, gunning, casting, bricklaying, and dry-out activities. Ensure adherence to Aramco project standards, procedures, and quality requirements . Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for daily activities. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance at worksite.
